Your Responsibilities:
- Support, manage and maintain the NetSuite ERP solution
- Provide Netsuite Administration, End user Support (1st / 2nd level) and system training
- Support Netsuite improvement projects, e.g. new implementations, module configuration and customization, data quality improvement, automation projects
- Troubleshooting Netsuite issues, escalating as needed
- Requirements Gathering with Business stakeholders to identify system and process improvements
- ERP system testing
- End User training
